We are a small, family owned Tax and Accounting firm that specializes in small business tax preparation and accounting. We are on a first name basis with all of our clients, and strive to provide tailored services to all of our clients' needs.
We've been in the business since 1982, with offices in Monterey, Morgan Hill and San Jose. We are now in Gilroy, but have meeting sites in San Jose and Monterey still. We also do in-home and in-office visits for tax consultation, and tax preparation.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do a complimentary consultation meeting to go over current tax situations. Clients typically follow up with a tax planning session, which includes a tax planner for the following tax year. Our clients have a secure portal they can upload any information to us if they prefer to do the meeting over the phone or via email. Many of our clients also mail-in their work and receive secure PDF uploads of their tax returns.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Emily is an Enrolled Agent with the IRS, licensed to practice and represent in front of the IRS. Her designation requires annual continuing education to keep up to date on all tax law. Debi is a CPA, certified to practice in California and also keeps her designation with continuing education. Both Debi and Emily hold Bachelors and Masters Degrees.

We charge by the form for tax returns, and by number of transactions for accounting. Our clients do not pay based on the speed, or lack of, we complete work because it is our goal to offer affordable and accurate work. We do charge by the hour for business consultation.
