We are a full service accounting firm with over 16 years of providing service to clients in the Bay Area. I have over 30 years experience as a CPA and Financial Adviosr.
I have also spent significant periods of time working in high tech companies finance department and have thorough understanding of incentive stock compensation.
Do to our many high tech tax clients we also have a complete understanding of foreign income, investments and accounts reporting requirments.
We started providing services to clients as I gain a great deal of enjoyment working with people to help them obtain the financial goals. I also enjoy the technical aspects or tax planning and preparation.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically begin with a review of clients income tax situation and needs. I will ask to review prior year tax returns as well as enquire about an notices received from taxing authorities. We use encrypted email servics and secure portals to receive and exchange informatoin. While I prefer face to face meetings when possible I have found WEB meetings to effective and convienent. We use both WEBEX and Zoom. I often as about past experiences both positive and negative that the prospective client has had with other preparers. After reviewing the income tax information written quote for services will be provided.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Public Account and a Certified Internal Auditor. I earned a BA in Business with an emphasis in Accounting from California State University at Fullerton. I received my CPA experience while working with KPMG, a big four accounting firm. I am an accomplished public speaker having spoken to numerouse business groups and at educational events. I have written articles on tax planning and real estate investing.
