What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical process starts with a brief phone call with the client to discuss what the client needs and if we can help. A subsequent meeting in person can then be scheduled to start. This arrangment helps determine if the client and CPA are a good fit before scheduling an initial meeting to help save time for both parties.

California Certified Public Accountant Certification.
