What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A free 30 minute consultation is conducted to discuss their current tax preparation needs, long and short term goals. I provide a list of services that will assist potential clients achieve their goals and clear up any questions or concerns they may have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in Business Administration with a Concentration in Accounting and have an Enrolled Agent (EA) designation with the Internal Revenue Service and all US States. I have worked in high volume CPA firms for over 15 years and held the title as "Tax Department Supervisor" before deciding to go independent. I'm licensed and enrolled to practice before the IRS.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My prices are based on the level of complexity of the return. The more complex, the more time it takes to prepare and review the tax return. My prices are highly competitive based on the level of experience, this includes IRS and State follow up if necessary.
