I have worked steadily throughout college, gaining valuable experience that equips me to present you with advantages others may not offer.

I acquired strong leadership and interpersonal skills. I am able to think quickly in emergency situations and in those requiring quick assessment of many factors in order to make appropriate decisions. Dealing with the diverse concerns of students, parents, and faculty, I have become adept at operating with the proper mix of authority, diplomacy, and tact.

I achieved a 3.70 cumulative grade-point average. My Criminal Justice, (courts and probation) Co-occurring Studies, Addictive Disorders, Psychology, Duel-diagnosis’s, Clinical Counseling and Psychology degrees (Double Masters) provided me with a thorough foundation in principles that affect people every day. I have been in the field for four years working with adolescence and adults. I do urinalyses and contact all insurances for eligibility for clients.

I have worked with children that has addicted moms, and they have their own problems. I have also worked four years with Action Family which are adolescents. They had bi-polar, grief and loss, addiction, Domestic violence, Trauma, Human development, and Intervention, treatment, recovery.

8-year experience in mental health facility. Personal counselor for clients.

I would welcome the chance to work at your facility as a counselor. If you can contact me, I’m at (805) 512-2966, we can schedule a meeting.

Thank you for your consideration.

Sincerely,

Susan Nickerson
