What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our initial contact involves a series of questions that will inform us on the customer’s expectations from their relationship with us.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In order to maintain their licenses, CPAs are required to take the equivalent of 5.5 semesters worth of college credits hours of continuing education every 2 years to sharpen/freshen their knowledge of the relevant parts of their accounting specialization.
