What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each project starts with a conversation. Before we even hit the drawing board, we try to learn as much about your brand and business as possible. Only then can we create a gameplan that’s focused on meeting your goals, whether that’s increasing conversions, call-to-actions, website traffic, or sales.
Once we officially get started, we’ll provide you with a detailed breakdown on the overall timeline, what milestones to expect, and what’s our goal launch date we’re collectively working towards. These milestone deliverables really vary from project to project, but most usually start with a homepage draft to lay the design’s foundation for us to build upon. If you don’t like the homepage, then we will adjust!
In our project timelines, we save the last week prior to launch as the final testing and closing phase. By this point, your website should be about 95% done, but this gives us an opportunity to make any final adjustments and tweaks, while at the same time allowing us all (including the client) to collectively test all aspects of the new website and try to “break it.” This could include things like typos, ensuring the store and all products are properly set up, mobile functionality, etc.

With over 10 years of self-taught creative skill-sets and business endeavors under his belt, Ken has been the foundation and creative backbone of CS ever since it was passed on to him back in 2013. Ken will be primarily responsible for the look and overall aesthetic of your branding, graphic, and web projects.

Having obtained his degree in design and illustration, Elvis is the definitive design specialist of our team. His classic and timeless approach to the creative process has made a huge impact on our team's success. Elvis works closely with Ken on all of your branding, graphic, web, and illustration projects.
Meet CP, our Video & Photo Lead:
As the indisputable x-factor of our team, CP specializes in getting things done with a diverse background in business development, videography, photography, and marketing — all fused together in the root of an MBA degree. CP will be the lead for your videography and photography projects.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
The majority of our design projects are set at a flat rate price to keep the process transparent. However, we calculate our prices based on our hourly rate of $125/hour and based on how much time we anticipate your project will require, we use that to determine the total cost of the project.

From our experience, we come across clients all the time that initially tried to create something on their own and failed miserably. Whether it's a website, a logo, some product photos, or a business highlight, save yourself the time, trouble, and sleepless nights. Hire the expert and spend your mental capacity on things that really deserve your time. You'll thank yourself later for it.
