Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We contact families within 12 hours. Over the phone, we will obtain some background information (an intake). Will go over the contract, rates, procedures and any other questions caregivers and/or family members may have. Then, we have the family establish a rapport with the therapist assigned via phone. We always want to make sure that it is a good fit for the family and that we are meeting their needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our therapists are certified with the American Speech, Language, Hearing Association, as well as, the Speech-Language Pathology Board of California. In addition, our SLPs have DOJ and TB clearance before working with clients.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
It's on a case by case basis to be discussed with the Executive Director.
