What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All signers must have a valid government issued Identification, or two credible witnesses whom personally know the signer with a valid government issued identification.
I review the document(s) for completeness and verify the identity of the signer, the signer signs the document, my Notary journal, and provides a thumb print. I then sign and stamp my seal next to my signature.
All this is done professionally, quickly and efficiently.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been an active Notary Public since 2004, the state of California requires that all notaries complete 4-6 hours of continued education followed by state testing every four years.
AP Certified Notary Signing Agent(CNSA), based on achieving surerior examination results in the area of notary law & proper loan signing protocol & procedure, and whereupon exeeding the qualifications required by the association of professional notaries & Certified Signing Agents.

My services are strictly mobile, I’m Available for last minute service based on availability. Being mobile provides the flixibility and ability to take my notarizacion services to you, weather it's your home, your business or to your local coffee shop.
I'm available 24 hours and usually within 30-45 minutes of your call.
How did you get started in this business?
I became a Notary Public for the benefit of being a licensed Bail Bondman. Both licenses go hand in hand in the bail industry as real estate is commonly deposited as collateral.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, the most common are individual California citizens, to judges, architects, lawyers, business owners, doctors, and many other professionals.
