What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start with an initial conversation to better understand what you want, and don't want and what you are looking to accomplish. It also helps us see if we think we can work together. Here's our process:

Step 1: Intiial conversation to understand what is going on, what you want, and to see if we both feel we are a good mutual fit.

Step 2: Phase 1 Anaysis "Identify AOHO's" - we find your Areas Of Highest Opportunities (AOHO's) and create the plan to roll them out. Our metrics show that most businesses can add 25% - 200% (or more) in the first year once they know their AOHO's. Beyond this, they can continue to build on this for 2x - 10x growth, depending if the market size is big enough.

Step 3: Phase 2 "The Build Out": Rollout and implementation of your AOHO's.

Step 4: Phase 3: "Expansion". This is where really big things happen. Due to confidentiality, I CANNOT reveal what we do until we are in this phase.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Don't believe all the hype that is out there on the internet. My typical client has been burned to the tune of $26,000 up to 7-figures by other consultants and agencies that have promised the moon and delivered garbage. There is a simple 3-step process to build your business, when it is followed people have great success. And you must be willing to work.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

What are their goals, and what is their end game or exit plan. Those are a couple of the main factors when designing marketing plans and systems.

Do you have a plan that you have confidence in that will get you to your goals? Would you like one?
