What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everything starts off with a phone call. Tell me what your challenge is. If we connect and my initial advice hits home then we discuss a plan and fees that work for both of us.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been certified by Wainright Global Inc. - and insured for several years. Most of my clients are young adults who need focusing to reach their goals or just get out of being "stuck". I also work well with couples and individuals with relationship issues. A sub specialty of mine is working with ptsd and health issues of the individual or a loved one.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I work with High Net Worth individuals as well as a sliding scale for those in dire need. The goal is to help everyone.
How did you get started in this business?
I am motivated by a tragedy in my own family where I realized that helping others is my true calling.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I frequently check in with my past clients to make sure they are thriving. And if they aren't I know how to re-motivate with a free call/Skype/Zoom/FaceTime or in person visit. Almost all of my clients think of me as family. That warms my heart and reminds me that I am in the right business!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Trust your gut!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Connection is everything. Make several calls until you feel like you've known this person forever. You cannot underestimate your gut instincts when you feel that you are being heard and understood.
