About

I am highly skilled at coaching people from all different backgrounds. I am extremely encouraging, but firm. My success rate of getting people to achieve their goal is very high.

The thing I love most about the work I do is seeing people living their best life. I love helping others find healing, breakthrough, and walking in their prupose.

    Frequently asked questions

Client fills out a questionnaire then we have a 30 min discovery call to see if we are a good fit.  We then find a package that works for the client, confirm a set day and time we will have our session.  We then have our session via phone call, Facetime, or in person depending on clients need every week.  Each session is an hour long where I listen to the client, give constructive feedback and helps the client make forward movements towards their goal.  I then give weekly homework assignments that the client must finish before our next session.

My rates start at $150/hour.  I also have package deals of 6 sessions and 12 sessions.

I have always had an act for giving tangible advice and from a very young age people came to me seeking help.  I decided to start life coaching because of the need.  I am also a speaker and after I would speak many people would want me to coach them.

I work with all types of people from different backgrounds, ethnicities, age, economical status, and all career fields.  The only people I wont work with are those who won't do the work.

A recent event I am fond of is being in Africa and speaking at a women's graduation.  The room was filled with 500 widows and single women that went through a school to learn how to start their own business or learn a trade to help them make their own money.  I thought I was going to inspire and encourage them and I was the one who left beyond inspired by the lives of these women.

I would say to make sure they truly desire to see you reach your fullest potential.

The first question is to ask themselves is:

-"Am I willing to do the  work?"

-"Do I want to really achieve this goal and why?"
