I work with people who are strugling with self confidence and procastination. I help them feel empowered to manifest their goals.
I give my sessions in English and Spanish in the confort of your home, meaning via facetime, zoom, whatsup video or phone
I have graduated from Health Coach Institute and I have my certifications as Health Coach, Life Coach, Transformational Coach in addition of my certification from University of Santa Monica in Spiritual Psychology.
I have my own life experience which cannot be learn in any schools, just by living, succeding and maintining a positive actitude.
I have had a series of very challenging situations which I have succeding in aknolege them, learning from them and maintaining myself healthy and happy. It is my passion to share all this knoledge and experience with you.
Life is a journey and the only aspect we can control is our attitude.
I beleive we are here on earth with a pourpose. I beleive in equality and justice, and I beleive I can help you reach your goals.
I have being coaching for the last 2 years in Spanish and English since I was borned in Mexico City. I am bilingual and bicultural.
My program consist of a transformational experience during your commited time of 12 sessions, once a week. Every session as a specific goal which you are choosing and I am going to help you get your own asnwers, because I beleive you have them. Before we finish each session you will have Action Steps to follow so your progress is faster and the transformation of those limiting beleives happens during the 90 days.
All my sessons are uplifting because I beleive in innerpeace, happiness and motivation. In each session you will gain insights of your patterns and behaviour but must important you will learn and practice Self Love.
I do not have any social media profile since I beleive in personal coaching which is in my case word of mouth.
The fee for my services is $1500 for the 90 day program, $125 per session which includes pertinent material to advance your process, action steps and more.
If payed in one installment you will receive a 10% discount.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The program consist on 90 day commitment meaning 12 coaching session which are done remotly in the confort of your home. In each session I will help you get the answers for your questions. I beleive you have the power in you to find your way and succed. I am coaching you to be you authentic you and manage of theses limiting beleives which are stopping your success as an indivudual and as part of your community.
After each session you are living with Action Steps, which you are choosing, to have continuation during the 90 day program.
As a Coach, I couch you to find the right path to be your best self.
