I can work with individuals both in my West LA office and also via Skype, FaceTime and phone, which allows me to reach and help people both nationwide and globally.
I work with small groups around certain issues, for example weight loss and depression, which require some lifestyle changes because, as anyone who's ever tried to lose weight knows, there are no quick fixes! Group programs can be more accessible for many and also provide and promote community support.
I love witnessing the client's subconscious and conscious mind becoming congruent.... It is just impossible to move forward when we have old programming in the subconscious which is not aligned with our conscious desires. The answers are truly within the client, and when we access the subconscious we can make shifts and heal in ways we never thought possible. It is that simple, really!
I also love that hypnosis itself is a natural state that we all go in and out of, to some degree, every day. There is no one who has not been hypnotized!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, a free phone consultation so I can assess whether I can help this client.
If it's an individual (rather than group) I'l do a first session of about 90 minutes, when I gather much information about the client's issue and also their suggestibility for hypnosis. We'll do a hypnosis induction, a deep relaxation and I'll give some suggestions to the subconscious mind. This sets a foundation, but sometimes, depending on the clients' suggestibility and the issue we're dealing with, one session can be enough. Otherwise we'll set up the next appointment and take it from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained in London in Hypnosis and NLP in 2007, and I also graduated from the Hypnosis Motivation Institued in California in 2015, in Hypnotherapy for many, many issues.
