I graduated from a rigorous coaching program through the Institute for Professional Excellence on Coaching (iPEC) I am a CPC and ELI-MP ( Energy Leadership Master Practitioner) in 2018.
The way I work with people is to create a safe space to unpack their fears and explore what has gotten in the way up till now. In exploring all these aspects of yourself, you will more clearly see what you've been leaving on the table in terms of your personal power and learn to incorporate this into your present self and get better results in what you are trying to accomplish.
I work with people's core energy which relates to all aspects of their being-- emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually. I help people use their minds in 2 ways: to direct their energy better (and lessen their anxiety) and to create better thoughts, which results in a more resilient brain. My coaching ntegrates the physical, mental and energetic aspects to create deeper shifts and faster awareness and growth.
I am warm, and compassionate and will also move you forward as you identify what it is you wish to achieve, create, learn, or grow.
I truly enjoy showing people their greatness. I'm always humbled by the inner wisdom of my clients and enjoy creating space for them to express themselves.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a complimentary mini-session to see if the client and I are a good fit.
I do individual sessions, but advise a 6 session package to create momentum for true change.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified professional coach (CPC) certified through iPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching).
I am also an ELI-MP trained master practitioner of the ELI, which is the Energy Leadership Index.
This powerful assessment helps you see how you work with your energy -- where and how it works for and against you. It's a great way to gain understanding of yourself and assist with your self mastery.
