What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free - 2 hour business consultation, we use this time to flush out the scope of your project and introduce to you what it is like to sit side by side with a designer and web developer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor of arts in English from Western Washington University.
Certificate of Public Relations from University of Washington.
20 years experience working with the Adobe Creative Suite.
Certified Lego Serious Play Facilitator.

New clients often begin with our minimum retainer package of $400 a month for 6 months. These packages are all inclusive and include design & web development, marketing & public relations strategy, hardware and software support.
How did you get started in this business?
I began my career producing large art shows. I learned quickly that everyone of my 500 creative clients where also entrepreneurs whether they wanted to be or not. I learned to support these small business’s with the best technical support I could. Today I am proud to say that I work with some of the greatest brands and clients in the Pacific Rim.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with a lot of hospitality clients. We work with a lot of creative clients. We work with start-ups, mid-size and Fortune 500 brands. We keep a diverse range of clients and are always looking to diversify our client portfolio.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I call it Tune Up Tuesday, or Wednesday, or Thursday. It brings tech support, healthy snacks and lego to We Work office spaces located throughout North America.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Turning your business into a growing Brand is an exponential mindset. Are you prepared to take the steps to grow your business, by trying new things to expand your client base?
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What is their favorite color? Are they prepared to change the business name? Has their logo been optimized for the digital terrain?
