What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Please call first so I can do a conflicts check and answer preliminary questions. Next, I provide the client with a retainer agreement to review. If I'm retained, we can determine next steps to get to your goal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an undergraduate degree in engineering from the University of Illinois. I am a graduate of Loyola Law School and a member of the California Bar. I'm also a member of the federal patent bar. I've been practicing intellectual property law since 1994.
