What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is generally an information gathering and insight inducing initial session.
For individuals in career transition, that is a Career Review Strategy Session, where we dig together into your history to bring new awareness around What's Working, What Needs Attention, and What Next Steps are necessary to get you where you want to go.
For executives or individuals creating or building a business, that initial session is a PlayGame Big Game Coaching Session in which I support you to decipher and get clear of the big game you're up to playing and the why/purpose/inspiration behind it.
For midlifers looking to create a second half of life as the best half of life in any and all areas (e.g., career, relationships, finances, health, purpose), that initial session is a Back Forty Big Game Coaching Session where I help you find the reason for playing bigger and bigger as you go along. What if your first half of life was only R & D, research and development, for the bigger game you're here to play?
After these initial sessions, if it feels a fit to continue exploring and creating together, there are various support programs available to discuss.
