What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a no-cost consultation to determine whether the client's needs match our capabilities. We then review client disclosure and information for use in a patent search. If a search is performed, a decision will be reached regarding the advisability of preparing and filing a patent application. Assuming a patent application is filed, we will handle all Office Actions through to issue of the patent.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
B.S. Industrial Engineering and M.B.A. in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, J.D. from Pacific Coast University School of Law. Member of the California State Bar and Federal Patent Bar.
