The services provided by my smaller firm are more exactly tailored to your specific needs . One size does NOT fit all situations. All Situations are different my work ethic is to listen to the client's lifestyle and all details of their tax situation then fit the IRS and state code to the situation.
I enjoy because most tax situations are puzzles to be worked out. I like to work through the puzzles, ;what ever the best solution is for the client that give the most legal deductions

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical new customer processs is to gather all relevant information on new client, ask detail questions on expected results or outsome, agree to the results, collect retainer or payment. The process ends when the agreed upon outcome is reached wether it be a few days or a few weeks depending on ;a return cycle, examination cycle or a collections process cycle.
