What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- I work with my customers using a combination of zoom calls, phone, email, fax, and in-person meetings depending on the type of case I am working on.
- The process starts with information gathering and an evaluation of the client's needs. This is then followed-up with one or more phone calls before I start working on the case.
- Every case is unique and the client will be provided a blueprint as to the steps involved in the resolution of the case.
