We work hard for our clients. A client was racing to have her taxes done before the father of their child every year. She had custody and court ordered papers but was still racing to get her taxes complete. He received a refund for the child that was her legal right to claim. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process is to set up a free consultation to get to know our client. Client info sheets and tax checklist are completed by the client. Guaranteed 1-14 day turnaround time while Monarch Skies Inc. looks into all applicable tax credits and deductions per individual and business client. The tax return is sent to our client for review, discussion and signatures. They are then e-filed or mailed to the IRS. We send a final copy along with an analysis, tax tips and a tax planner for the current year. We educate our clients to achieve their goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed tax consultants, Quickbook certified,qualified CPA's with several years of expereince working for the IRS and companies such as KPMG and PwC. Accountants with Worldwide experience and various demoniational forms.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Standard pricing begins at 200 for an individual tax return and 500 for a business tax return. We offer various discounts to military, single parents, students, disabled, retirees and unemployed.
How did you get started in this business?
The owner worked in the family business. The family business closed and she began her own practice to continue to help clients. Prior to coming to Monarch Skies Inc. many clients complained about the lack of knowledge and integral representation the client received about their tax matters. She is honest and direct and works with integrity. If she does not know she will tell you but make an earnest effort to educate herself so that she may educate her client. Dawn Williams lost a home due to her own tax matters and the misrepresentation of a tax company. She is vigilant when it comes to ones personal and business tax matters.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with several clients from complicated tax matters to a simple tax return. We represent business owners, musicians, entertainers, educators, and many others.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A business client came to us after hiring a CPA to complete their tax returns and receiving professional advice. The client misinformed, almost losing their license and business learned not a single tax return business or personal was completed or filed. They were given two separate EIN numbers and each owner using a different one for their business. We completed 5 years of bookkeeping, five years of business and personal returns, reducing the client's tax debt and saving their license.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Our advice to new clients is to expect a direct, honest conversation and results. We expect our clients to be involved in their tax matters, business functions and overall process of their tax returns. We offer accuracy and efficiency and great customer service.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Questions to consider are: Do I want to become more knowledgeable about my tax matters? Do I want to know what credits and what deductions are applicable to my situation if any? Do I want an expert answer? What does my situation look like for the future? Where do I want to be 2 years from now? What should I expect of myself? Do I need professional guidance?
