I have been in the tax industry for the last 16 years and I stay on top of the current tax laws. I am an enrolled agent licensed with the Internal Revenue Service since 2003. I do a thorough interview with the client by asking them questions about their family, what type of work they do, how can I best help them?
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I became a licensed tax preparer with the state of california in 2001. I then studied to become an enrolled agent with the Internal Revenue Service and I passed the test in 2003. I have learned from EA's and CPA's.

I charge by the forms and schedules that I use to prepare the tax return. I charge a certain price for each form.
How did you get started?
I always had a fascination with numbers and I felt that doing taxes would be a good fit for me.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with many types of customers single, married, students, and many types of business owners.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I helped a childcare company that got audited by proving their expenses and income with documentation. The result was they did not owe anymore taxes.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a professional in your area of expertise?
I would say to anybody that they check out the credentials of the professional and make sure you feel comfortable and trust them.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their needs?
They should think about any questions to help their situation.
