About
Arena Therapy Services was created out of my experience in the addiction and mental health field to fill what I believe is a much needed gap in continuing care. We specialize in treatment of mental health and addictive disorders after inpatient treatment in addition to providing outpatient mental health services for mental illness. Here at Arena Therapy Services, your mental health and wellness is treated with evidence-based practice along with holistic interventions for a whole person approach.
Our primary service is Mental Health, yet ongoing research supports that addressing your mental health includes addressing your physical, medical, spiritual, restoration of self care, and connection to others for sustained and long-term well-being.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I encourage you to meet with me for a free 30-minute consult to determine if the practice and therapist is a fit for your needs. If you determine you would like to move forward, an appt is set. Prior to meeting for the first time - you are emailed access to the Portal to sign your consents and complete a short intake to supply the therapist with information that can help support you.

Undergraduate: B.S in Psychology
Graduate: Master's in Social Work (Major: Mental Health)
