I will schedule an introductory call or visit to identify the scope of the engagement and define a budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Accounting degree from an accredited university, passed the cpa exam but did not complete the application due to moving into private practice
How did you get started in this business?
worked in public accounting for4 4years, private companies for 15 years, including individual local transportation, warehousing, and leasing companies. Additionally I worked in system implementation of multiple inventory planning for both local and worldwide organizations.

Worked with companies that are local to global Fortune 100 companies.

Implemented a global distribution resource planning system for a company that had over 3 million skus
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Spend time with your partner to define the job and both parties need to communicate any changes to that original scope

Why do they need a professional to allow them to focus on their expertise
