What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free meeting with the prospective client. We need to verify the projects they have fall within the expertise of BCI. Also, we need to be able to work with other, this normally is evedent in the first meeting.
We will define the client type, there are two: We offer a retainer and hourly. The retainer is a flat monthly rate for a specific number of hours, billed on the first of every month. Retainers have 24x7 access with a 4 hour response time. All retainer clients have priority over hourly clients. Hourly clients are billed at end of day or end of project. Work hours are Monday - Thursday 07:00-19:00.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BS computer science from CSU Fullerton. 8 years system administration and programming. 14 years systems and network design. Consulting since 2001. Certifications from Borderware, Cisco, Compaq, Digital, Microsoft, Xyplex. Integration with Apple, Linux, Microsoft, Unix, iOS, and web.
