First Class CPAs LLP is a fully certified public accounting firm which has over 50 years of practical expertise in the areas of accounting, tax strategies, and management consulting.
At First Class CPAs we believe that each company is unique and requires different sets of values, guidance, skills, training, supervision and direction. Allowing each client to get exactly what they deserve while they are here at First Class CPAs.
We are a unique CPA firm as we tend to be pro-active and focusing on our clients growth. We are professionals in the field of tax planning and tax preparation. Our planning sessions/meetings begin in October of the prior year, then at tax time (march-April) we use our time to plan our clients financial future. This includes, tax implications of starting a new business, saving for kids college, investments, retirement and of course, unforeseeable life events.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step is meeting with a prospective client and identifying their needs and if our firm can fulfill those needs. Also, if the client fits our client profile. Our client profile consists of individuals and businesses that value the expertise of a CPA firm and professionals that will become their resource for success.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff has four year degrees, certificates from the board of accountancy, master degrees in taxation and annually we continnue our education with various continued education courses in varioous business topics.
How did you get started in this business?
Expertise has been in the CFO for various industries, small, mid-sized and large congromerates. Largest company served was $600M in Revenue. 18 Yrs ago I started a boutique CPA firm that grew pretty quickly. Now, I focus on transfering my expertise to small businesses and start-ups alike.

Small Businesses, Mid-zied businesses. Privately owned, family owned. worked with over 5,000 firms.
