Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) You call or text me on (949) 228-2844.
2) We have a 15-min conversation to see if we're a good fit. It's important for you to know I can help clarify next steps and build skills to achieve your goals. I need to know you're committed to learning and practicing new skills.
3) Once an appointment is set, I email an invitation for you to create a confidential online account where you complete intake forms prior to the session. That way, we don't waste therapeutic time on administrative tasks. I come to the session up-to-speed on your specific concerns.

How willing are you to invest time and effort in yourself to solve problems and/or achieve goals? What resources are you willing to devote to support your family's well-being?
