What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work with the custmer on the goals they are looking to achieve. I have a proven track record, but it is important the the customer and I work out a goal plan with relistic expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the Human Resources field for over 20 years. I understand all types of people across many cultures and am able to empathize with situaitons and guide customers to an achievable goal.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I work with clients to set up standard pricing depending on how many sessions they are looking for. I also work on a sliding scale. This is my passion and I want to help you.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started in this business when I was a Human Resources Manager for a well-known company. I constantly worked with employees to help them with issues and goals. I then went out and got the education necessary to become a Life Coach. Along the way, I went through my own issues and had challenges where I needed to grow. As I worked through my challenges my passion grew and I knew I wanted to guide others.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with clients across cultures and varying ages. I enjoy helping clients set new goals, work to improve communication and work on making relationships stronger. So many people's issues could be solved with simple advice. I love witnessing clients as they grow in self-esteem and confidence as they see their relationships improve.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I am a huge sports fan. I love baseball and was recently at a Dodger's game when they came from behind in the 8th inning and won the game.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would say to make sure you feel comfortable with the pro you select. When I was going through my grow I met with a few coaches that weren't a match. I felt as if I was coaching them. It's okay if you're not a match. Finding a match is important because you need to be on the same page so you can get the growth you deserve.
