Rates for FULL REPRESENTATION are $280 per hour. Ask about how that rate may be reduced through your retainer agreement.

Divorces in which both parties are in agreement on all issues can be handled from start to finish for as low as $1,500; you will never have to appear in court, and all paperwork will be handled correctly.

Do you need an attorney to help you with your legal PAPERWORK? I will make sure your forms are filled out correctly for low flat fees.

Example: Summons, Petition, Declaration Re: Related Cases, Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction, Proof of Service of Summons. Rate for all 5 documents prepared: $250

If you and your spouse agree on the terms of your divorce, but aren't sure how to go about implementing your plan with the court, I will handle all the paperwork to make sure your wishes are executed through a MARITAL SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT filed with the court.
