Philip has been my tax guy for 9 years. I randomly contacted him on the web and I am so glad I did. I hadn’t filed my taxes because I was behind in paying my taxes due to the housing crises and I was caught in the middle. I came to a place where I had no choice but to face the music. Phil used the 3115 rule, spending extra time researching and got me over $6,000 in refunds.
