What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
  1. I set and manage the client's expectations.
  2. If possible, hold an onboarding meeting with a new client in-person.
  3. Then I would discuss the Roles and Responsibilities and review the clients desired outcomes
  4. After we would plan ahead for future financial planning goals.
  5. Once the client and I have accomplished everything I then would ask for their feedback on how to better serve their accounting needs for future business goals.
  6. Last but most importantly I always make it a priority to follow up on all my client's needs and expectations.

All my service is on a contract base pricing depends on service provided. 


How did you get started in this business?

I started in 2005 working as an Administrative Assistant with a small family-owned construction company. I was in charge of their entire office and performed all of the duties as an Office Manager taking care of their accounting and administrative needs. In 2008 the company closed due to the economy and that is when I decided to venture on my own get a degree and start my own Accounting business helping small family-owned businesses get organized and settled in their accounting.
