Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I engage with a new Client, we sill start by having pro-active conversations in order to facilitate clear goal setting, create a plan and, administrating the MBTI2, along with a few aditional assessments, which will assist in supporting the Client towards their goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters in Transpersonal Psychology, and am Certified by both The College of Executive Coaching and Coachville as a Life Coach, specilizing in Executive Coaching and Wellness Coaching. I have additional training in Buddhism and Modern Psychology, and a BA in Threate, specifically in Directing and Design
How did you get started in this business?
After many years of supporting Executives in the Entertainement Industry, I preceived that many did not have a Confidential Thought Partner who could assist them in creating balance in their lives. What I observed was that those Executives who worked with a Coach, had a support system which was completely focused on the success of the Executive, the majority went on to thive. They weren't crazy, they didn't need a counselor. They didn't need a mentor, or a consultant. They needed a second set of eyes to help them nt only see their blind spots, but also help the to discover the path before them.
Having been a manager myself, and then worked for many years as a high level Executive Assistant, I found that Executives who had someone with whom they could have that level of trust, thrived. And I wanted to be part of that!
