In July of 2020, co-founders Dr. Lauren Costine and Vanessa Costine decided to pursue their dream of opening their own therapy center. With 20 years of experience, Dr. Lauren’s philosophy stems from the understanding that mind, body, and spirit are interconnected. When treated holistically, our clients can find more clarity, focus, sense of self, and internal freedom.
