Take Five Management
About
I owned and operated an international promotional consulting agency in the NY market for over twenty years.
I have managed, mentored and guided employees and colleagues domestically and internationally.
We believe it is imperative that each clients’ needs are evaluated on an individual basis and we do not have a “stock” methodology for coaching.
We work with a limited number of clients and give above average time and attention to each.
We love helping others and find it most gratifying when out satisfied clients refer others - which happens quite often!

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I was working with a singer who performed over 10 years on Broadway and had been out of the talent arena for a period of time raising her family. While she was still very talented, she lost her confidence to perform, but not her desire.
We worked on her fears and built her confidence. She got the lead in a musical but two weeks before it opened developed stage fright and wanted to quit which would have been disastrous for her career.
We worked through her issues, she went on stage and not only received a standing ovation, but also had rave reviews! That’s when I say “I love my job”!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would suggest to not just decide by what’s on the CV, but meet the person and see if the chemistry is right. It has to be a good fit.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Ask if the person has experience in coaching for your particular issues.
