I like cleaning up messes, it's something i enjoy doing in this business. I understand how busy owning and operating a business can get and most of the time, their books take the back seat. But no matter how messy a book is, there is always a way to straighten things out and that's what i enjoy the most, giving clarity to every aspects of the financial side of the business. I take pride on getting back to clients with clean, reconciled and up to date books. And most importantly, i enjoy the relationship that i create with my clients, when we mutually trust and like each other, it makes me happy and inspired.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon consultation I make sure i get to address all the painpoints a client have, after understanding the client's needs, i draw an NDA and an engagement letter. I give my new clients options of what kind of service they would prefer, monthly or quarterly, explain to them what kind of software that would suit them (if they haven't gotten any), recommend back office applications that will make their operation run smoothly and effectively. If we both agree on all conditions, I start my service and give financial reports on the 1st month via email first and a follow up video conference to explain the report in details. I understand if a client would be busy for a conference call, but i would follow up with a phone call to make sure the client got the report and if there is something that needs clarification on. I also provide unlimited phonecalls and email to clients.

I have an hourly rate of $70 but i also offer competitive packages for clients that doesn't have great revenue yet but needs the service.
How did you get started in this business?
The last 15 years of my career are Administrative, HR, AP & AR. I am good with numbers and i love to organize, combining these 2 factors, i just know that working in financial services is my calling.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would advise them to do their due diligence in researching who they want to hire, reviews are great but they cannot solely rely on this, they need to see if a good relationship can be build on.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Just to be open as to what problems they are needing help on, without telling the professional clearly what needs to be taken care of may cause miscommunication.
