What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first part of the process is learning about what you are looking for. This allows us to provide you with ideas and options. Once you decide to proceed with a website design or redesign, we will begin structuring and creating the website. Throughout the entire process we will work on the content and design of the website. Once the website is completed we do offer you support and training.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am the owner of the company, with a master's degree in business administration with a specialization in marketing. I have experience building marketing programs for small businesses from the ground up. As a result, I have helped businesses meet their business goals, grow their online presence, increase sales, etc.
I am not just knowledge in building a website, but know what makes them search engine, and user friendly. In addition, I have a business background where I relate and understand your small business problems and solve them.

Websites are complex and vary amongst different clients based off website needs and desires. As a result, there is no set price for a website or our digital marketing services. How did you get started in this business?
I built one company into a becoming very successful with my website designing and digital marketing expertise. As a result, I wanted to expand and grow my knowledge and expertise by specializing in it for a living.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with small and medium sized businesses. It does not matter what type of business you are.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
You should research about the services you are seeking and then question the expert to see if they are knowledge. In addition, you should look at their reviews, testimonials, and past projects to get an expectation of working with that expert.
