What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally, I'll ask most of the questions. That way I know how I can best help them. Some clients are new at their business and even newer to the accounting aspect and my not know what questions to ask.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am CTEC Certified, I was an Accounting Major at FPU, and I am previous IRS Employee.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
On some of my services like payroll, I do. But on others, it just depends on the size of the company, and it's transactions. Some Bank Rec's may take 1 hour, others can take 15 mins.
How did you get started in this business?
I started this after I had my second child. I am a mother first. And I love my family. After working for a 40 hour a week job for so many years, I realized I needed to maximize my resources, and start helping clients myself: one on one. So here I am today, managing my own firm, and helping clients run their companies the way they like.
