About this pro

I really enjoy helping individuals find their "aha" moment through motivational interviewing and also helping couples to communicate better and improve the relationship overall by meeting their goal for why they started therapy in the 1st place.

After graduating from University of Phoenix in 2009 I began my 1st therapy job at a local methadone clinic in Fresno. I learned so much about motivational interviewing and goal attainment along with substance use issues through that experience that lasted for 7 years. I had an excellent supervisor who was trained in gottman couples therapy And also trained me through that modotti and I use that modality in my current position conducting couples therapy for the last 2 years and gottman is highly successful in goal tainment of improving communication, improving intimacy, improving relationship overall and also exploring the perpetual issues in the relationship in ways to navigate and mediate when those issues come back.

Through my years at working with that rehab I did obtain my CADC in 2013 and have been an LMFT since 2018.
