I am a very passionate and compassionate individual. My duty is to serve others. I have been in mental health for over 11 years. I specialize in Couples Therapy, Wellness Recovery Action Plan, and Symbolic Modeling for Trauma. I am adept in group facilitation and I have worked with adults/teens/children with substance abuse, co-occurring disorders, criminogenic factors, housing, SSID, etc.
I want to help people. I have a strong passion for listening to others' stories, and resonating with them. I believe that building rapport is one of the most important aspects of therapy, and I enjoy speding time and building relationships with clients.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important thing with the new client is to meet them where he or she is at and to build an effective rapport.
I usually like to establish a couple of rules to create the safe space necessary to build that rapport. This also includes making sure that each client fully understands my obligations to confidentiality and how important his or her privacy is to me
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aside from having a master's degree in counseling with an emphasis on marriage family and children therapy, I also have received a certificate in abusive traumatic and emotionally destructive marriages. I am a formerly certified advanced level wellness recovery action plan facilitator, a certified Arise anger management facilitator, and a formally certified nurturing parenting facilitator. I am also a practicing facilitator in symbolic modeling and metaphor mastery, although I'm not certified currently
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
As I am using this platform for supplemental purposes, I have adapted what I believe is the majorly regarded pricing system, and dropped it down to a level that I feel comfortable charging clients so that they can get the best help they need without having to pay the high market costs.
My sessions are definitely of high value and worth the quoted cost, but I'm not in this for the money. I serve people and help them repair brokenness in their lives because I want to.
