About
I am a licensed mental health therapist AND a nutritionist, so when working with me, you can trust that I am knowledgeable and experienced in behavior change and a great listener, which will help you reach your nutrition goals and improve your self- compassion along the way! I don't believe in dieting, and am aligned with Health at Every Size ( HAES) principles, because everybody in EVERY BODY deserves gentle, compassionate and respectful nutrition and wellness providers, regardless of their body shape, size, appearance or abilities!
My specialties are mental health nutrition, GI and gut health ( IBS/GERD), chronic pain, and hormone support. I work with my clients, where they are, and provide interventions and suggestions that fit into their busy lives, and according to their cultural and ethnic backgrounds and food preferences.
I just love being able to help bring more Joy back to people's lives, their plates, and their lifestyles!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a discovery call so I can determine if we are a good fit and learn more about their needs. From there, we move forward to scheduling a Nutrition Assessment where I do a deep dive into their nutrition, medical, movement, and diet history, and discuss goals, and during our follow up appointments we take steps toward achieving the outcomes the client desires. This can include practicing skills together, meal planning, establishing routines, and more!

- MA in clinical psychology, Marriage and Family therapy ( Licensed Therapist)
- MS Integrative and Functional Nutrition
- Trained in Pain Reprocessing Therapy
- Trained in EMDR
- Trained in Mindfulness Based Eating Awareness Training (MB-EAT)
- Certified as an Intentional Creativity Coach

Kick starter Package $485: includes 1 assessment, and 3 follow up appointments.
Assessment only: $150
Follow up only: $130
Mental Health Therapy:
Licensed Therapist- $115/session
Unlicensed Therapist- $90/session
