I am very much client centered . I therefore engage clients where they are and teach them the skills necessary for positive change. I also use appropriate self disclosure to allow clients to see that seeking help is normal and they are not alone. This offers clients hope to see that things can get better with diligence to treatment and positive self care.

If they are willing to invest in themselves and protect their peace. If so, let's get started. If not, let's do a cost benefits analysis. Because we sacrifice much, when we sacrifice our mental and emotional health
