What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I charge $250 to meet with you for the initial consultation. If you choose to retain me after our consultation, I credit that amount towards my retainer fee.
I schedule my consultations via text (408) 410-9102 or email aprilwalshesq @ yahoo.com. This is to ensure that I give my full attention to your matter, and to ensure that I only discuss matters with individuals who are serious about hiring an attorney and moving forward with their case.
I operate 100 percent on referrals, so I pride myself in working hard to give you the result you deserve.

My retainer for criminal matters is generally anywhere from $3,000 to $7,500. My retainer for family law matters is generally $2500 to $5,000.
I offer "limited scope" representation if you cannot afford the full retainer. Please contact me for more information on how I can assist you.
