My services are very customized and personal based on customer's unique issues. I dont go by the books and focus on the real issue or problem and guide the customer to handle and come out of it.
On that note, I am proud to say that: I dont want repeating customers especially with same issue multiple times, as I want to eventually teach them how to handle those situations so thaf they self treat them and does not require my guidance.
I want to make sure people worry about the genuine issues and disregard all irrelevant thoughts from ther mind.
Feeling of bringing that change in how my clients think, and how it helps them to live their lifes, makes me feel super HAPPY!

We usually setup a phone call or an inperson meeting at a location depending on the customer's convinience.
Spend few minutes (non-billable) with the clients to talk about our company as a whole and the respective Guru provide his/her experience in the service selected by the customer.
We also talk about our style or process in which we operate for future appointments
We then create our customer profile by asking few questions for our record purpose and everything stays confidential
Then the billable time starts where we go into specifics on the questions that customer has and then take it from there!
Once our dicussion is over, the billable time stops and we ask our customer to ask any other questions, get some feedback (if any), book future appointments if needed, thank our customer for giving us an opportunity to help or serve them.
