Pixalien is a creative team based out of the Los Angeles area that works with a large variety of businesses. We focus primarily on web design and graphic design services and our mission is to help awesome people like you, that have a taste for the unique and want to take an active role in their own success. Yes, you read that right - not everyone realizes that the most valuable resource in cultivating their business is THEMSELVES.
For this reason, we partner up with you to learn about and completely engulf ourselves in your business. We do this to understand not only what you do, but WHY YOU DO IT. We then closely involve you in every step of the process to ensure that we are aligning ourselves properly with your vision and goals. To get to a great end-product, we rely on our tried and true approach.
Each business brings with it unique needs; however, our approach remains the same. Our process is comprised of 3 straightforward but critical phases:
Brainstorm
Every project begins with a brainstorming session. We ask questions that better help us understand who you are, what you do, why you do it and what you hope to achieve in the future.
Develop
We then take those ideas and develop them into reality. Working closely with you, we create initial drafts to make our way toward the final product.
Deliver
The final phase of every project is the delivery phase. We take great care to make sure everything is in place and that your expectations are exceeded.
Simple, right? Our aim is to not overcomplicate and to keep you well informed throughout the entire development process.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always have a learn more meeting to discuss your project, make sure we will be the right fit, and provide the best advice we can give to you. This way we make sure we are only working with people that we will be optimal in helping, and you can ask any questions about the process!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in web design, and over 15 years experience working with companies large and small around the world.

All of our projects are custom priced for your specific needs, however we do offer plans which are broken up into phases!
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have been fortunate enough to have worked with such a wide array of industries that I feel give us a very unique perspective on our project. From Grammy award winning bands to one of the largest eCommerce SEO companies in North America, and so many others inbetween. We love working with people in specialized industries that want help so they can focus on what they are best at!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Talk to them about your needs! I sometimes find myself advising prospective clients on alternative methods to acheive what they are looking for other than our services because they are just not sure on the best path to take to acheive their goals, which is ok. We want to make sure all of our relationships are a perfect fit, and your success is important to us.

I think it is very important to understand your goals for your company and then consider how that goal will be acheived by the project.
