What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our new tax customer process starts with an interview in person or via phone. If we make the cut...we then ask the client to provide two years of returns via drop off or via secure portal - we input the prior year return to check for errors and/or savings. We provide organizers for personal clients in January - we encourage phone calls - we don't charge for calls or emails unless they require additional research.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 4 CPAs...and 3 EAs...all with continuing education of up to 40 hours per year - much more than that as we are researching daily!
