What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My passion for writing well earned a degree from UCLA in English, followed by 35 years in marketing and advertising. Positions throughout my career have been on both the client (Marketing Director) and agency (Principal) side, giving me a complete and firsthand understanding of the importance of consistent and top notch service at a fair price.
