The thing that i enjoy the most about my job, is dealing with my clients from all backgrounds & nationalities and being satisfied with the service that i have provided and being very thankful & blessed that, they have trust & faith in me & that i was able to accomplish their tax needs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ask them what source of income did they received such as
W2, 1099 Misc, Rental Propery, Retirement or Social Security benefits and then letting them know what is needed to bring to the office for their preparation
Interview, the client & ask for all source of Income & Expenses that they may have pending, or any past years
pending tax obligations, or concerns
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been Tax Professional for 26 years
i attended El Camino College & studied Business Administration
i worked for a Major Cemetery & Funeral Business for 17 years doing bookkeeping
i have also worked for several years,charitable companies doing charity such as Habbitt for Humanity & Martin Luther King day parade & for Foster Care Charity Groups.

How did you get started in this business?
I started by working in the private sector doing bookkeeping for companies which helped me aquire a love for working with numbers, law & people, all of which made me develop my organizational & customer service skills. And in 1993
i decided to specialize in doing taxes for the public & opened my 1st office of my own
