Led by Harvard psychologists and highly educated and experienced professionals with over 25 years of experience, our work goes beyond conversation. Renee was amazing! I was working on a big career transition; healthcare to the corporate world and was feeling lost. She helped me identify my career goals, translate my experience into a new resume, and taught me how to communicate my skills for the job I wanted. She was patient and supportive and had lots of great tips and knowledge! I was able to successfully secure a new job in the field I wanted. I highly recommend Renees services!

    Frequently asked questions

Every engagement begins with a comprehensive relational assessment. In the first session, we evaluate communication patterns, conflict cycles, emotional regulation styles, trust dynamics, and shared goals. This allows us to identify not just surface disagreements, but the underlying relational structure driving repeated tension. Following assessment, we establish a structured development plan with defined objectives and measurable outcomes. Sessions are guided, focused, and strategic — not open-ended conversation. Partners learn specific communication frameworks, conflict de-escalation tools, and accountability structures designed to create sustainable change between meetings. Progress is reviewed consistently to ensure improvement in clarity, emotional safety, and relational stability. As new patterns solidify, we shift from repair work toward long-term alignment and maintenance. Clients who experience the strongest outcomes are those prepared to engage consistently and apply the work outside of session.
I, and our team hold advanced education in psychology, leadership, and organizational development, including training through Harvard University and doctoral studies in Human and Organizational Psychology. With over 25 years of professional experience, our work integrates psychological insight, relational dynamics, and strategic development to help individuals, couples, and professionals achieve clarity, communication, and sustainable growth.
We maintain a clear and comprehensive pricing model designed to support focused, results driven relationship development. • 45-minute session: $75 • 75-minute or double session: $150 • Group relational development sessions: $50 Extended sessions are assessed as recommended when working through deeper relational restructuring, trust repair, or complex communication patterns. Clients typically engage in consistent weekly sessions for stabilization and restructuring to ensure meaningful progress and to establish accountability. We prioritize committed engagement and structured follow through to support measurable outcomes.
My background in psychology and organizational systems focused on communication patterns, behavioural dynamics, and relational structure within high performance environments. Over time, I recognized that the same structural principles determining whether organizations succeed or fail also shape the health of personal partnerships , conflict cycles, role clarity, accountability, and communication breakdown follow predictable patterns. This realization led me to focus more deeply on relationship development, applying evidence based, Harvard informed psychological frameworks to help relationships move from reactive conflict to structured, sustainable connection.
I work primarily with high functioning partners who care deeply about their relationship but find themselves stuck in recurring conflict, emotional disconnection, or breakdowns in communication. The couples I support are professionals, leaders or individuals in demanding careers or challenging parts of their life who want their relationship to be as strong and stable as their external success and goals. Some are navigating trust repair or major life transitions; others simply recognize that their communication patterns are no longer serving them. Across engagements, clients share one common trait: they are willing to take accountability, engage consistently, and apply structured tools between sessions to create measurable progress.
Recently, I worked with partners who had spent years caught in repetitive conflict cycles, each feeling unheard and misunderstood. Through structured communication frameworks and consistent accountability, they began recognizing their interaction patterns in real time rather than escalating within them. One session marked a shift, instead of reacting defensively, they paused, clarified intention, and responded with emotional regulation and direct communication. The tone of their exchange changed completely. Moments such as that are meaningful as they reflect measurable progress: not temporary harmony, but the development of sustainable relational skills that continue lforward into a lasting relationship.
Look for a professional who offers more than conversation, while dialoguing about context is crucial to understanding everyday dynamics, a professional with a structured methodology for identifying conflict patterns, clarifying relational roles, and guiding measurable change will advance progress toward lasting goals. Effective relationship development requires both psychological insight and a clear process. Inquire how sessions are structured, how progress is measured, and examples of the tools provided to be applied between sessions. The right alignment should communicate with clarity, maintain emotional neutrality, and create an environment where both partners feel deeply accountable and supported. Sustainable change develops through consistent structure, not insight alone, but structured processes that strengthen relationships for a duration.
Before reaching out, consider what specific patterns are creating tension in your relationship. Is the challenge recurring conflict, emotional distance, trust concerns, or breakdowns in communication? It is also helpful to reflect on what success would look like for both partners. Are you seeking improved communication, restored stability, clearer roles, or renewed connection? Finally, consider your readiness for consistent engagement. Meaningful relationship development requires accountability, structure, and application beyond the session itself. Clarity on these points allows the work to begin with focus and direction from the very first meeting.
