I have over 25 years and I tailor my work to meet the needs of the clients vs using only one method, working one on one, group and couples counseling. I have assisted people of all ages as well with all life issues from anxiety, life decisions to losses, trauma and major difficult changes.challenges. I have very confidential elite clients and clients of all backgrounds, ages, professionals, couples, family, youth and high profile, etc

I have a very integrative approach to assisting clients to feel better, improve and discover how to overcome obstacles. I have a Masters in Social Work ( a six year course to be licensed plus 20 years now of experience with clients).

I also extensive training in mind/body medicine,ancestral healing work and other more alternative healing arts if the clients are interested.

I do not take insurance but with work with you on pricing and/or package of sessions.

I love helping others and have a wise range of techniques that I tailor to the individual clients. So its never the same and consider each client as unique.

I see all therapy as a brave course to take claim in your own life. I do have style work together in conversation in a progress towards getting results with your goals to a better empowered life experience.
